Jim is a widely experienced and successful business leader with a passion for people. He is motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving excellence in all pursuits.
He currently works as a business advisor and Independent Director for a number of companies as well as being a trustee of UpstreamNZ which exists to strengthen the well-being of children, and other charities. His previous roles include CEO of Progressive Enterprises (Countdown) and Selwyn Investment Holdings Ltd, Chairman of Baptist Action (a social services organisation) and as a trustee of Aspiring Leaders, a leadership forum for young people based on faith and values. Jim and his wife Robyn have been aware for many years of the excellent and unique work carried out by committed and professional MAF people in sharing God’s love through action, especially in PNG and Arnhem Land. Jim considers it an absolute privilege to serve and contribute as a board member
