Dallas comes from a Christian background and from an early age felt the call to be a part of aviation.

She completed a Bachelor of Aviation at Massey University at age 20. She then worked in aviation as an instructor, commercial pilot and safety manager, including working in Southern Africa from 2010–2011. Dallas spent several years working towards MAF with a mixture of IT and Aviation contracts, including working in software development in Wellington while preparing for the mission field. During this time she also completed several Bible College papers through Laidlaw College via Distance Learning.

Dallas has been in PNG for the proceeding two years and is looking forward to continuing her work with MAF in South Sudan, using the skills she has learnt over the past few years.
