Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Working closely with the Regional Director, Country Directors, operational HR Managers and other senior management, you will provide guidance on HR policies and practices, and participate in the decision-making process for the region.

To be successful in this role, you will provide HR solutions, advice and support to MAFI programmes and the Strategic Business development team. You will do this by partnering with line management to deliver people-related business solutions, follow up on issues, keep accurate records of interactions and highlight concerns. You will liaise regularly with Country Directors and undertake programme visits when necessary.
