THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN WORKING WITH US.

Together, we can help to make changes in communities around the world

We’re always on the lookout for dedicated people with a heart and passion to serve others by using their skills, training, and experience in a cross-cultural context.

THIS COULD BE YOU!

Of course we need pilots and aviation engineers, but just as important is a whole team of support staff needed to keep the planes flying. We need avionics technicians, IT professionals as well as staff with skills in administration, accounting, project management, marketing and human resources.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO
WORK WITH MAF?

Is there a place for you with MAF? Do you wonder how your skills and background might “fit” with the worldwide work of MAF? In this short video Mark Fox, MAF New Zealand CEO, discusses what MAF is looking for in potential staff.

Ministry Partnership is an important part of the journey to overseas service with MAF. Ministry Partnership Manager Tim Houghton explains the steps involved in raising the prayer and finances to join MAF.
