Zoë’s childhood years were spent on campus at EastWest College and WEC NZ with her parents as students and staff for over 10 years. The family dinner table was often surrounded with family friends sharing stories of their most recent missions trips and how God had moved. From an early age, it sparked a desire within Zoë to devote her life to ministry.
After completing high school, Zoë moved to Sydney, Australia to attend Hillsong College. After achieving her Diploma in Christian Ministry, she returned to Mount Maunganui, New Zealand. She came on staff at Curate Church as the EA to the lead Pastors and eventually as the Creative & Communications Coordinator. During this time, she began to see marketing and communication as a significant way she could build God’s Kingdom by increasing the effectiveness of and support for Christian ministries.
In 2020 she felt the call from God to return to Hillsong College in Sydney to continue studying towards her Bachelor of Theology. In a God-turn-of-events He opened the door for her to work for Hillsong College as the Assistant Brand Manager. God used this season to equip her to continue to build and support ministries through marketing and communication. Following the call of God once again, she moved back to New Zealand at the end of 2022 as a step of faith.
In another clear God-turn-of-events she has stepped into the role of Communication & Marketing Manager for MAF NZ. She is excited to be a part of seeing MAF step into the future God has ahead: a future built on the faithfulness of many people and carried by a lifeworthy vision and mission.
