Online Payments & Security

- Transactions conducted through this website will appear as 'Marketplacers' on your statement.

Product Availability, Back Orders and Cancellations

All orders are subject to the availability of products. We will endeavour to keep our stock in line with advertised products and offers, but should a product be unavailable we will contact you within three (3) business days to inform you and hold your order until stock is available. If you prefer to cancel your order, please advise us and we will endeavour to refund the amount paid within three (3) business days of receiving your advice. Orders can only be cancelled up to the point of dispatch. Where products are discontinued we will contact you and give you the option of changing your order or receiving a refund.

Delivery

We ship our orders via courier, and will endeavour to dispatch your order within three (3) business days of receipt, where stock is available. Freight will be charged on all orders unless otherwise advised and at the rate we receive from the courier company employed. Special delivery instructions must be given at the time the order is placed, and may incur additional costs or delays depending on the requirements. We will adequately package all orders and any claims for loss or damage in transit should be directed to the carrier in the first instance.

Returns and Refunds

If you need to return any part of your order or are due for a refund for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Where goods are faulty, incorrect or for any reason do not conform to the original order we will arrange their return or disposal and either an exchange or a refund for the affected products. Any goods returned for refund or exchange must be in their original packaging, with tags and labels attached and unopened unless otherwise arranged with us.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold in New Zealand. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Marketplacers International Ltd. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.maf.org.nz website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by by Mission Aviation Fellowship of New Zealand Inc.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Mission Aviation Fellowship of New Zealand Inc. ("MAF NZ "we, "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.maf.org.nz ("the website"). They are effective from 1st February 2021 and will replace all earlier Mission Aviation Fellowship of New Zealand Inc. terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.

To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.

Purchases from our online shop may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).

If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
