Youth Engagement Coordinator
Andrew and his family felt led by God to move from Ohio, USA to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2021 to serve in mission work. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Andrew is grateful to be back by the ocean, having previously been involved with YWAM in medical mission outreach through YWAM Ships Aotearoa and the TKDC dental clinics.
Now serving with Mission Aviation Fellowship, Andrew is part of the Youth Engagement team and the Co‑Pilot Cohort, where he is passionate about seeing young people equipped and mobilised to serve isolated and least‑reached communities using their unique gifts and callings.
Andrew draws on his background as a physiotherapist, shaped through years of home health care and medical missions abroad. His wife serves as a Geography teacher at Bethlehem College, where their children also attend, and together they are committed to living missionally as a family.
When he’s not in the office or travelling, Andrew can usually be found fishing, biking or hiking somewhere around beautiful Aotearoa.
