MAF are now able to process applications from those with just a PPL but who are a path towards obtaining qualifications as a Commercial pilot. We encourage applications from men and women with these minimal qualifications. To be a Captain on the DHC-6 300's you'll need your ATPL subjects. We take some pilots with low hours, but other positions require more experience of at least a 1000 P in C. For Engineers you will need Group 1 & 2 aircraft, minimum of 2 years industry experience. We need airframe and avionics engineers.Other positions require proven experience with recognised qualifications in the area you are applying for.
