Technology Services Representative
MAF Arnhem Land needs someone with a passion for technology and missions. This person must have the ability to research technology ministry needs in remote Arnhem Land communities, plan and implement new initiatives while at the same time establishing and maintaining relationships with local Yolngu people and partner organisations.
To be suitable for this role, the job-holder will have an intermediate IT knowledge. This means having exposure to multiple software platforms, different applications, hardware and networking.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide support to the Programme Manager and members of the leadership team. You will ensure all internal and external communications present a professional image that enhances relationships between management and staff as well as MAFI and clients/donors.
You will work and take the lead with voluntary teams to co-ordinate MAF Arnhem Land events to ensure they are highlights of the year for programme staff. You will co-ordinate the logistics of our many visitors and at times visiting teams and provide general administrative assistance to the management leadership team as necessary i.e. minute taking etc. There will be some “gap filling” roles, such as flight officer to a limited extent and a high degree of flexibility will be required.
To be successful in this role you will need experience as a Personal assistant and/or Executive Secretary with skills in planning and facilitation of meetings and conferences, working knowledge of MS software including PowerPoint, Photoshop and MailChimp, travel arrangements, and providing assistance in the applications of funding and reporting. It will be important to have strong written and spoken English skills, attention to detail, be highly organised and proactive.
